We bought a house and the inspection done by these guys was subpar. The stucco on exterior wall was patched by the owner with concrete, not even painted,they put flower pots to conceal it. Inspectors missed that,but said they check the exterior walls. There were bare wires coming out of the wall next to back door,missed that. 1st bathroom exhaust fan has no power to it and in attic there is no duct attached to it. They said it was good and claimed they went into the attic. But apparently missed that too. Half of the outlets don’t work,they said they Passed. Obvious patch job spot on ceiling, you could poke a finger through it,missed that too. The first time I turned the bathtub on the hot water would not turn off, It kept pouring out. Had to call emergency plumber to shut off water. Things they said they checked obviously were not checked or else these big surprises wouldn’t have been so shocking. There was a light switch in a bedroom that had a makeshift sticker that read “Don’t ever turn off” Still no idea what it does. Now instead of having the owner repair these I’m stuck spending more money on repairs that should be working properly.

Jonathan (already pictures of him here) and Terry actually came to our future home for inspection and the wife and I are VERY pleased with their services. We arrived on Inspection day and was greeted by Jonathan with a smile and the question “is there anything in particular you’d like us to check out?” Admit-tingly, home construction and repair are not my element, but Jonathan and Terry literally walked me around the house pointing out each identified violation and clearly explained how they can be resolved. Nightmare experience! We had our home inspection done they said everything was clear. Come to find out there’s no drainage to street or anywhere in backyard after the fact. They sent someone out who told me “no big deal we missed that just file a claim…” 4 months later the claim was rejected and 1call stopped returning my emails. DO NOT go through them Tulare!
