Brian was amazing. I had an assault case during a soccer game and Brian made the whole process so easy. I was so worried and anxious when the process started and after I retained Brian, things just fell into place because of the work he was doing behind the scenes and in court. His office was great with their communication and made me feel at ease throughout the whole ordeal. Professional, knowledgeable and fair cost of service. Someone I know recommended him to my friend facing a felony with priors and 2 years prison time. Brian fought to get the case turned into a misdemeanor with a month of county time. The public defender wasn't willing to fight, so Brian did the fighting instead.

I had multiple charges that I was fighting, I contacted Brian's office from out of state. He was able to get everything dismissed. I was basically facing a charge from 12 years ago that i did not know was there and had another charge i knew was there.. he got all of that thrown out plus my old outstanding obligation was even dismissed, so that was basically a bonus..

He did what he said he would and I am free now. I have 3 kids and work for the government, I need to provide for them and be able to obtain/maintain my security clearance, and now I can.

Note to evryone: this was my 3rd dv conviction, even though everytime was under false pretence, i still had 2 prior convictions and he still helped me. They can reccomend 1-3 years+ for that charge alone, plus he got my previous 3 years of unserved probation thrown out..

Go with him, he is legit..

Brain lafferety was an amazing Lawyer for me! I was involved in a serious Criminal 7 co defendant case. He helped me get OUT back to my kids. And every time I was willing to take a deal, he wouldn’t agree because HE knew he could do better which HE did!! I would TOTALLY RECOMMEND BRAIN!!! If I were you ID GET AHOLD OF HIM NOW!! This so called attorney last name says it all!! Never ever will answer your calls not even appear in court but send someone else to take his place or even have the co defense attorney speak which is not allowed to speak on ur behalf so far as to literally have the da so upset that he never can appear that he’s absolutely not willing to negotiate nothing and this was a case which involved my son who had two strikes so thank god it was only for 4.4 grams of marijuana while in county jail my son took 16 months state prison!! Wow I mean wat if it were something more serious I would never recommend this attorney and don’t have one single thing good to say about him and am blessed he wasn’t represented by him with a serious felony and this is taking into consideration how overwhelmed the system is I still can’t even fathom the lack of representation although I didn’t pay for his services I do pay taxes.
