Just called Morgan & Morgan, they are on it.
They are very nice, patient, and walked with me throw all the paperwork to sign. Stayed on the phone to made sure all paperwork that I returned was in there system. Answer all my questions. I invite you to watch kindredchurch.org on Sunday

Employees were extremely helpful and the fact they take calls 24/7 is great. Only thing is when I was talking to them I got calls from them on the other line when I was trying to explain why I was calling. But that never happened after. The employees were nice and understanding, really listened to me. They took my case when others places didn’t. I feel like I made the right choice. So far so good!

Just got off the phone with Greg at 11:33 PST and that alone is impressive. I had a couple of questions about some injuries that occurred earlier today due to negligence. Greg made me feel welcomed from the beginning of the call and I appreciate the kindness and patience that was given to me in the duration of our call. I made the right decision to call and I'm glad I didn't hesitate.

Filling out the document was time consuming and confusing at the end. Do I add my hospitals and Dr's again? Or what? I tried my best. I'm not confident Idid it all right.

They didn't fight for us. We had to call in an outside attorney to get anything done. It took almost 3 years to close a simple car accident case. The original attorney on our case was let go 2 years into our case. He gave us absolutely NOTHING. Then a new one came in and although communication was much improved he didn't really assist in making things right.

Morgan and Morgan did not fight for me. I never spoke to an attorney, even though I requested one. I had two phone calls with a paralegal and she texted me when she had documents to sign. Although I was hit by two vehicles, had surgery, 5 months of physical therapy and 9 months of pain, Morgan and Morgan did not push the insurance company past their initial offer. They did not attempt to recover anything from the other insurance company or even submit a claim to see which company had a higher policy limit. The offer was $15k, Morgan and Morgan got $6k, my medical provider got $5k, and I got $4. I could have gotten that without an attorney. I SUFFERED and got the less than 1/3 of the settlement. Settlement was low and the experience was poor. I would not recommend Morgan and Morgan. They WON'T fight for you.

Terrible company I had already came to them with the settlement offer. I came to them so that they could fight for me to get more into help with my rears with my insurance. They did nothing. They took the $33,000 and gave me a lot of running around never answered my phone calls, they were very rude to me at times they really only want big million dollar cases that are kind of already mapped out for them. They’re just terrible. Please save yourself a headache.
