When i sign the settlement it said it would require GM to send money within 45 days of signing its almost been 90 days and I haven't recieve any settlement money . I tried emails and recorded phone conversations and still unable to get any information of my entitle settlement. I get transferred to everyone but someone who can give me answers instead of telling me they will call me back which hasn't happened yet.

I wish I reviewed this law firm before hiring them. The only reason I didn't was because i received a letter in the mail and dived straight in like an idiot. This law firm exhibits a tremendous lack of professionalism and a dismissive staff. But it doesn't stop there. Their communication skills are just as horrible. The 9 months I had this firm as my attorney, I had only a handful of calls, and most were from me to them begging for updates. I've read reviews from other clients of there's often experience delays in responses and lack of updates on their cases as well. Previous clients have left numerous negative reviews, warning others to avoid their services! Thank God you did because I would've stayed with this firm. I started to question what was taking so long and how aren't there any updates after 9 months. Turns out a case wasn't even filed yet!! I've since then fired this group and found a better one that keeps me updated frequently!

They are very patience with me during the whole process. While I was waiting for my settlement n found out I have cancer. I was worried about what if something had happened to me, and I spoke with Manuel n Rey , who understood my concern. After a couple of times of follow up. I got my funding about 15 days, so I am very happy with the service.

I'm very disappointed and would never recommend them. Please do yourself a favor and find another law firm to represent you. They are terrible at communicating and very dishonest. They claimed that we received a settlement offer for our case and would be able to keep the car plus get proceeds for our damages but when the settlement documents arrived, there was no mention of the title being provided for the car. The settlement amount was significantly lower than what was previously discussed and what would be fair under the law. Of course, the amount provided by the auto manufacturer was fair but after Prestige Legal Solutions took their HUGE fee, the amount left for us was greatly reduced. Their portion of the settlement for their fee was grossly over what would be reasonable and fair.

Do yourself and huge favor and find another law firm to represent you.

They will take more then half of the settlement for there "legal fees " after claiming manufacturer would pay there fees . There's never updates as mentioned other reviews if you get there letter in the mail don't be fool to think you'll be properly represented its a hustle to attract any customer thay doesn't know any better.

I would never recommend this place I've had a couple people already ask me where they should go. They never give you updates they never contacted me with a first offer just said this was the final offer and they agreed to pay me by a certain date and are well passed it. The guy Manny that deals with settlements is always busy or never answers or never calls back when he says he will. He actually told me they received payment last week and I still haven’t received anything . It's such a headache to deal with them I wish I never came here.

Just like the rest of the 1 star reviews when it comes to taking ur case they stay in contact but soon as it's time to getting the settlement amount agree takes more then the 45 days they agreed. I've been waiting since MARCH 2024. No updates have to constantly email them
