I was hit by a car 6 months ago on my bike, fortunately not badly injured. But not nothing. Darren, my attorney at Cohen Law Partners listened to my story, ascertained that the driver was at fault, and said I could get a settlement, which I hadn't really considered. It just didn't seem like I was injured enough. But a friend referred me and said he'd had a great experience with them.
