Do not call this woman! I was referred to her by an attorney we know. I never had a chance to let her know since she was unavailable to talk. Her friend or assistant answered. After giving personal information about my child and explaining our situation she hung up on me saying she didn’t have any time to listen to me when I was almost done explaining. She said Tania only does Educational rights cases and I said yes we need an educational rights attorney.
I called back and Tania answered. She said she’s too busy to take any cases right now. These people are unprofessional and rude. I’m sure they will try and write an explanation but there is no reason to hang up on a parent who is reaching out for help. Tania also told me to call the no cost attorney place which my husband and I have money to retain an attorney so I’m not sure why she would say that?
If you look at the pictures of her office it looks like she operates from her apartment. It makes sense since her friend was in the background yelling and they both sounded as if they were watching tv and laughing.
So unprofessional! Parents do not waste your time or tell any personal information to these two. We are contacting the bar Association immediately.
