communication is beyond abysmal. tried for over 4 months to get legal help from them. the first lady i talked to took my information.. then crickets. 2nd lady was nice.. but it was usually me doing the follow up. and every time i talked to her, I got a different answer of why they were so slow to respond. my accident was in the spring
.already had surgery...what the heck is the point of suing now? I should have picked another firm.
