Eric Berg and Associates are the best for family law. Mr. Berg and his associates were always very caring and helpful through the entire process. Meeting with his paralegal Alex and keeping an open line of communication with her made me feel like I was being listened to and that my case was the up most importance to them. Breanna who is another member of Mr. Bergs team was also very empathetic and caring. They made you feel like family. Falsely charge!!!!! $15k for a 10 min conversation and 3 witness statements that were only 10-15min conversations, didn’t even go to court once for me Charged for ridiculous stuff. Wish I would have listened to someone, will be contacting someone to help with reporting to law board, this office should not be open.

Stay far away from this law office. They falsify charges, they try to slip huge bills past you and when you called them on it all of a sudden they’re able to reduce your bill by thousands of dollars. That is the first sign that you are working with a thief. Sam the Office Manager is the most unprofessional, dishonest and conniving Office Manager in a law firm that I’ve ever encountered. The guy never shows up to the office on time, my wife waited 45 minutes for him to show up to a meeting to discuss her bill and these exuberant charges that were being charged to her retainer. On top of that they tried to charge my wife a fee for the office manager’s time to adjust her bill from overcharging her! This is not made up. When you approach the Office Manager and the practice with issues regarding accounting or your retainer, they are all very cryptic and protecting of exposing these bad practices. All of a sudden no one‘s ever in the office, everyone’s in a meeting, no one returned your calls, and no one responds to your emails. I will be filing a complaint with the state regarding this office practices. I hope you read this, Mr. Berg and I hope you are ashamed of how you treat your local residents of Redding California. To detail, my wife had a 1 1/2 hour meeting with Mr. Berg and a 20 minute phone call. Followed by two email correspondences and this office tried to charge her over $5000. Not a single file was filed with the court on her behalf.

I strongly urge anyone approaching this office to find other counsel and avoid being totally robbed and being taken advantage of. My wife has dealt with this office for over two months. It’s caused her many nights of restlessness and anxiety. We are normal people with normal expectations of legal counsel, this office failed in every way shape and form. It’s this post is removed. I will repost again. I will repost again to yelp and I am just trying to help you fellow residence, seeking legal help and times of need.

I'd like to share my thanks and gratitude towards Eric Berg and his entire staff. Hiring an attorney is no simple thing. It's something that no one wants to do, it is stressful during a stressful situation, but sometimes life forces oneself to do so. That was my case when I was accused of horrific things that I did not do. I knew Eric Berg's reputation from another case that he was hired by a person in a similar predicament as me, so I knew he was my best and only choice.
I had never met Eric before, but I can honestly say he did not let me down. He accomplished what I had hoped he would and I am truly grateful. His staff was professional and caring beyond my expectations.
It is never easy being accused of vial acts when its just the other person just not wanting to leave. People do such evil to one another. I'm so fortunate to have had Eric Berg represent me when I needed someone most. I shudder to think if I did not have him where I might be now.
