This company said can help my foreclosure but I have to pay $1495 first to send me filled up forms to file for bankruptcy and stop my foreclosure. Once received the filled up documents, I found out (a) they lied to the court that they helped me fill out the bankruptcy documents (they don't have legal status to provide this service), and (b) they didn't explain upfront and before they receive my money that such filing would heart my credit for long time, if not for ever. I asked for refund and they refused. We will be heading for the court even if I lose more than what I paid.

David Miller handled my father's estate horribly and lied to me for an entire year. He took his time collecting information on my father's bank accounts at time of death and submitted false records to the probate court. Complete conflict of interest was conducted when I was lied to about the courts sending a assigned estate sales representative that never showed up and not allowing access to the property to inventory for said estate sales. This man allowed the property to be sold to his friend and then never listed the it's on the properties report to the courts . This is on ongoing case and will be addressed to the court and district attorney.
