Amazing experience with Joyner Law!!! I had somewhat of a complex case vs the state, and these guys killed it! Tim, the attorney on this case, was nothing short of incredible. He never backed down and would not take no for an answer. He was attentive to all of my needs and truly listened to everything and updated me every time there was anything at all to mention. He fought for nearly a year, through multiple hearings, until we won. I was given total peace of mind as soon as he was on the case. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that this was the right choice. I want to give a 5-star review of attorney Tim Lindstrom with Joyner Law. Our son was charged with DUI after refusing to take a breathalyzer test. Both my wife and I are attorneys in another state. I have practiced civil law for close to 30 years so I have dealt with many lawyers in my career. I was very impressed with Tim. He accurately answered all of our questions and offered possible outcomes of the case based on his years of experience. He previously worked in the District Attorney’s office so having that insight was very valuable in analyzing the case. Further, he has successfully tried many criminal cases, is well connected within the court system, and is very knowledgeable about the process. Tim did an excellent job staying on top of the case. He scheduled conference calls every few weeks with our son (and included us at our son’s request), giving updates on discovery and communications with the DA’s office. He ultimately negotiated a very favorable plea deal. We definitely recommend Tim Lindstrom if anyone is in need of a criminal lawyer.
