I being calling and emailing this company with no response. I can write on how unprofessional this company. I am on hold over 1 hour, one minute I am caller number 4 and when I reach to 1 no one answer, I am back to number 4 with additional 1 hour of waiting.
I send an email will all my proof of documents, three week ago, I am awaiting a response or acknowledge

God hear me I want to pay off this company but this very said company is not making it easy for you to do so because they blacklisted you with all other financial institutions imagine you have to pay 200 plus for a settlement letter and banks turning you down so you are left with a paper worth 200+ . I did a good deed for someone in the past they never paid their bill and now I am paying for it .......Av knowles all banks are telling me I wont get a consolidation loan to pay your company its like yall just want to continue calling and harassing me weekly....geez! Make it easy so I can pay yall although I never did any business with this company it was courts but if you all are linked fine I just want you all off my back and ask for that unprofessional Barbadian CSR that is assigned to me hmmmmmm fix it lord fix it
