Naomi is amazing. We called her as a last resort in trying to resolve a very difficult family legal situation. She was knowledgeable, empathetic and walked us through every step. The other party in our case is very difficult to deal with, but she handled it incredibly. Her professionalism is stellar and she works quickly. We feel confident that Naomi was our best shot at settling without involving court, but unfortunately the other party would not agree without being legally forced. Naomi didn't stop helping us there though and went on to help us find a competent lawyer to take our case. Throughout the whole process she was very supportive and informative. Naomi is not professional in any sense of the word. Encouraged my boyfriend to take out a 401k loan to hire her in November, thought it was a great idea and jumped on the idea so that he could hopefully see his daughter by mid 2020. Said she would file paperwork to serve his ex before Christmas (later agreed to file January 2) - as of beginning of April she had not filed and she will not return any phone calls or text messages (has actually ignored the calls on more than one occasion). At first she seemed very reputable and eager to help him see his daughter and it is now obvious that she really only cared about the money. Be cautious.
