My experience with Remedy has been nothing short of amazing, and they receive my fullest praise.

They specialize in seniors, hoarders, and very challenging situations. Two house cleaners refused but Jack and his team at Remedy came in a few days and transformed the bathroom (at first). It was a disaster but they cleaned it all. I couldn’t believe it.

We immediately hired them for the rest of the house and they delivered the cleanest house I have seen in 20 years. My before and after pictures speak for themselves.

Remedy is a true gem and I recommend them as much as possible.

I can’t say enough great things about this company! My mom was a bit of a hoarder after being widowed and passed away and we had to deep clean out her house and make it livable for our family. Jack and Cyrus worked their miracles and got the job done in way less time than we anticipated. They are compassionate and caring and I felt comfortable with them immediately. On August 10, a horrible odor coming from our finished basement overtook the house. It was obvious that the smell was coming from a dead animal located in the basement. Something bigger than a mouse. I began frantically searching the web for the right contractor. It took a week to find help and get an appointment. Front Range Odor Removal visited the house, confirmed the dead animal issue, and directed me to REMEDY PROFESSIONALS. Jack Thomas, owner/operator of Remedy Pros, was at my house 24 hours later. He agreed with our pinpointed odor location, and in a matter of minutes, located a dead/decaying raccoon deep inside the wall adjoining our exterior deck. His high-energy assessment of our situation and immediate action steps were a sight to behold. I'm sorry that I didn't film it and post it on YouTube. Not only did he remove the dead animal, but he undertook a thorough cleaning and disinfecting of the entire lower level of my home with very sophisticated equipment and safe solutions. His low hourly charge for resolving a problem in under two hours was an absolute bargain. He answered our prayers. Jack is indeed the REMEDY PRO, and I wasn't surprised at the scope of work that his interesting undertakes. Bravo!

Highly recommend! We hired them after another friend recommended them, and so glad we did. Jack provided a prompt quote and then cheerfully agreed to do even more than we had originally asked. His team went way above and beyond what anyone else would have done to help my elderly friend whose health had declined rapidly and was forced to leave his apartment in a bit of an embarrassing state as he was unable to dispose or clean things- just before he ended up in hospice. Knowing that Remedy Pro's were going to take care of recycling what they could, disposing of the rest and then cleaning everything afterwards took that stress off both the friend and his family during his last few days. When we got the final bill a family member commented "that was worth every penny!" Compassionate and capable- so thankful for their service. Will definitely use again.
