The worst place I have ever been!! I needed a pre-employment test, the "staff" made me pinch it off to trade cups cause they needed 2 samples which could have been obtained with 1 cup. Then falsely accused me by saying "we didn't see a temperature" but told the business I went for they seen the temp but it was to low. I will never use again for anything!! I highly recommend workwell in Loveland, MUCH more professional!!

By far the worst. they charge your card for for invoices that were already paid then charge you for invoices they make up for no reason. i reported fraudulent charges with my credit card company and the accountant Pat was not helpful at all along with extremely rude.

Very friendly staff. The woman at the front desk was super nice and so was the owner Kelley. The facility was very clean. The atmosphere was very welcoming Kelley knows what shes doing. I hope to do all my drug tests there. Great job keep up the good work

Pros: Fast and efficient, I was in and out within 15 minutes. Funny signs everywhere, lots of hats hanging on the walls.
Cons: The staff was rude and pretended you weren’t there when talking among each other and expected you to know what you were doing, so they didn’t tell you when you could wash your hands etc. They didn’t want you there, and kept rushing me out even though I had to wait for my Lyft. Also, they didn’t wear gloves when handling my pee.

Rudest lady, she was rude to minorities that i seen come in , she made the environment very uncomfortable. I would not recommend any business sending people there. I have been sent twice there for jobs and both times she has made me feel uncomfortable. I heard her talk down on people that come in not speaking very well English even though it was clear on what they were saying. that lady needs to find a new job and i will send an email to my company that hired me. only giving one start because the system made me

Kelley was extremely rude, accused me of "cheating" before my sample was given and then told me my sample was too cold in a 50 degree office at 6AM. She effectively got me banned for life from the site I was testing for because she couldn't be bothered that early in the morning. This woman is extremely rude and unprofessional and should not have a job working with people if this is how she treats everyone.

Very rude lady at the front desk. Absolutely insulting and demeaning. The sign at the front door said in a meeting but I thought I could wait in the waiting room or lobby. Upon walking in the door a lady promptly and rudely sent me back out to my car to wait making sure to express that I didn't belong there and continued to scold me even after I apologized.

I see all the people posting saying how friendly and nice staff was and now im wondering why they treated me like a criminal and was very irritated with me. Kept whispering back and forth to one another, very un professional to say the least. Asked to talk to the manager and the lady at the desk said "i run this bit** and started laughing with the older nurse. Would not have ever went there unless i had to
