All the ladies here have been extremely helpful and friendly. Regardless of what you’re going in for and why can be stressful. They paid attention to wording in documents and helped make sure what needed done was done. Highly recommend coming here.

I went in today 2 times to get a test done for employment. The first time, the woman at the front desk looked at me and got on her phone as soon as I walked in. I called in to see if I could make an appointment for later in the day. The front desk operator stated that if I arrived at 1pm, she would get me in. However, when I arrived and told her I had a barcode from the employer, she again ignored my need to get my test done and I had to sit uncomfortably a room with convicted felons. All I needed was a drug test done for an employer and the lady at the front desk was very rude. She should not be working a customer service position where people need drug tests completed as she has absolutely no regard for anyone including herself.

Took a UA for a new job the other day and the staff member was extremely friendly. The place is clean and the staff was very professional. I did not have to wait at all. They take walk-in clients which was very helpful.

Very nice place to do drug screening.
Kinda easy to miss and GPS directions aren't very reliable to it. Lady in there was very patient and pleasant to talk to.

Very unprofessional. Lady didn't even look at my cup and said it was to cold after it sat in the open for a few minutes while she was talking. Ruined a great career opportunity for me and a friend. Will never use them again.
