If you wanna pay by the month, this might be the firm for you. You put a down payment and pay by the month, but who’s to say that your court case won’t take six months. Paying $2000 a month for six months does not sound like a good deal to me. I feel like this firm is a cash grab. The consultation over the phone felt forced and did not care about what was going on with me. I think you need a new consultation person to do phone calls. I was ready to put $7500 to retain a lawyer but I’ll take my money elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of retaining Caroline and Paola as my legal team. They both worked tirelessly on my divorce case and unfortunately had to contend with some pretty nasty opposing counsel. They’ve handled everything with eloquence and professionalism, and Lord knows, a whole lot of patience! I adore Caroline. She is super down to earth, wildly knowledgeable and advised me well on certain decision making situations that I could have easily hosed myself in, had I been left to my own vices. Hiring New Leaf has been SUBSTANTIALLY more affordable than going the traditional billable hour route. With that said, would I hire this firm again? A resounding YES! New Leaf and Family are simply amazing! My lawyer was Dylan and I had Vanda for my paralegal,I was on the verge of losing my house ! I had a different attorney before I hired new leaf (Robinson and Henry) they were absolutely terrible! I have never felt so taken advantage of by someone I hired to be in my corner to defend me . I paid over $30,000 dollars in eight months to the point I had no choice but to fire this law firm.
I found new leaf the answer right away they are affordable! I could tell instantly that they really wanted to help me.

Caroline and Paola were so amazing to work with. I’m glad I chose to work with New Leaf and that they handled my divorce. It was a fairly easy straight forward case, but they were there to make sure I did all the correct paperwork and helped me when random things came up. Update:

Today was the final ruling, and I couldn't be more thrilled with how it turned out. I got my baby!!! That is all that has truly mattered to me. From the first meeting, she knew that was all I cared about. She made sure we fought hard for him.

My case has been anything but simple and feels almost like a daily occurrence that something happens, but I am so freaking thankful for Caroline and Paola!!! They are so damn amazing!!

New Leaf took on my mess of a case and made me feel like I wasn’t alone and fighting a wall by myself!

Now, without getting in too much detail, my situation is not ideal financially. We filed a Rose Motion. Now as we all know it’s a very slim chance to ever get those granted, but mine was in part.
That is only because the dedication from Caroline and Paola to make sure it was iron clad and every T was cross I dotted. There was not any detail missed! It wasn’t an easy process, but they got it done!

We still have a long way to go (only a month left but it feels like years!). I can confidently say though I couldn’t imagine going to court with any other representation then these to wonderful ladies!

Caroline and Paola, are the literal best! Not only do they explain things thoroughly but also make me feel like an actual person!

Ladies, I know this is a straining case and emotions are on high but from the bottom of my heart, thank you!! 🙏

Side note- New Leaf took me on when everything was spiralling and have been a god send! From the first contact, to being paired with my amazing legal representatives, New leaf has been there every step of the way! Yes, there was some misunderstanding but that’s mostly on my part, but if you call or email they are more than happy to walk you through it.
