Just when I thought I was down-and-out and at a complete loss I spoke to Adam at the freaky law firm. Adam was very informative, patient and kind in helping me through this very stressful situation. Not only was Adam a huge help, everybody I spoke to in his office every time I had a simple question was absolutely kind, comforting and helpful. They were always very timely in response. I had no more reason to fear of being taken advantage of. The results of my case were better than I had originally thought. Thanks to Adam, I was able to get back on my feet and back to my job with very minimal troubles. If I was to ever go through a situation like this again, I would absolutely call them right away, and I would absolutely refer anybody who is put in a bad position with a job injury. Words can't express how grateful I am to have had Janet Frickey and Lupe Acosta taking care of my claim. Because of their hard work, compassion, dedication and after 5 long years of getting my approvals (which were not always easy) for my surgeries, injections and physical therapy, my Worker's Compensation claim has been settled! This Firm was Outstanding and trustworthy. Eric and the FRICKEY Law firm were efficient and professional in handling my slip and fall case. It took about a year or so but it was well worth the wait. I waited 9 months after a car accident that totaled my car and caused me to have hand surgery before I contacted an attorney. I mistakenly assumed the other party's insurance company would do the right thing as it was well documented that their client was as fault. Being a native Denverite, I knew the name Frickey Law Firm and decided to call them for advise. From my first contact with the front desk, to the intake person Cindy Elliott, I felt like I was in competent, caring hands. Senior PI Case Manager, Leigh Talley-Nino, was a wonderful listener and advocate. From beginning to end I felt reassured and hopeful as she led me (and my husband) through the process. Leigh's knowledge of auto and health insurance and all the legalities was vast and a great comfort as I had never experienced this before. I would recommend the Frickey Law firm to anyone, and, I have! My only regret is that I did not call them sooner.

September of 2023 I got in a work related accident driving the company semi truck that took me out of work completely due to a shoulder, lower back and right leg injury.
