Dianna and Ross were incredibly helpful during a very stressful time for us and I cannot thank them enough.

Back in July, I was 40 weeks pregnant and our property managers decided they wanted to do construction IN our unit with very short notice. We expressed our concerns about having strangers coming in and out of our apartment while we had a newborn at home and asked to reschedule. Our property managers would not even negotiate, were extremely rude, and unapologetic. Unfortunately, that left me with little options and I reached out for legal assistance. I called Ragab Law Firm and within a few hours their team had a plan in place, free of charge, and told us to Cc them on future emails with our property managers. The hope was they would back down, but if not, the legal team would know and be able to move forward. And it worked. Suddenly, our property managers were willing to negotiate and extremely understanding of our situation. I was finally able to relax and a week later I gave birth and we brought home our healthy baby girl. The construction was rescheduled for a month later and I was able to recover in peace with our newborn.

Avoid at all costs! I hired Ragab Law Firm expecting professional guidance, but what I got was a nightmare of hidden fees, poor communication, and empty promises. They initially quoted me a reasonable amount for my case, only to later bill me several times that amount with no clear justification. Every time I asked for an explanation, I was met with vague responses or ignored entirely.

Worse, the legal work itself was barely helpful—I had to do most of the research and problem-solving on my own because the attorneys couldn’t seem to get on the same page. I cycled through multiple lawyers.
