Very professional, excellent and prompt communication from this law group. I was treated with courtesy and respect each step of the way. I didn't get a face to face with my lawyer until well into the process, which is my only lack of a star up above. Several problems plagued the entire process.
They took the easy way and left me out to dry.
All I got for months were excuses and apologies.
After reading the other reviews, I understand what their motivation is in taking these cases that they will sweep you under the rug if they can and fill your ear with what you want to hear.
They were incredibly nice and convincing and gave me reassurance thinking that I was making the right decision and in hindsight, I should’ve gone with another team that was more confident and capable.
They don’t want to help you they just want the money and won’t do the right thing if there is any risk of not getting what they want out of it. Very convincing and reassuring But after months and months of promises and delays, it resulted in lost opportunity.

Only after two months of them working on my case, they had sent a review for me to complete implying that the process was finished and that everything was going well this was far from reality.

I don’t want your excuses in some stupid reply like I’ve read on the other reviews.
The amount of compensation you received for the amount of effort put in is inexcusable.

Not recommended at all.

I came to Idiart Law to seek assistance in filing a reconsideration when my state disability claim was denied. Brian Goode was assigned to my case and went to work right away to strengthen my appeal. Brian had the experience to advocate for me to build my case, picking up medical evidence that was lacking in my initial claim. He treated my case as a priority, taking on the complexity of the process which alleviated a lot of stress for me. I just want to thank Brian Good at the Idiart law group for representing me and making what seemed impossible simple. I was told to apply for disability insurance as soon as I was released from the hospital and after the long wait , SSD denied me because of my uncommon condition and at my age.
