My initial inquiry and contact was very pleasant and they were able to give me a call back promptly, however when I got a chance to speak with the lawyer it turned out I had a situation that they weren’t able to help with, and wouldnt be worth taking further on my part which is completely understandable. I am leaving this rating due to the tone of conversation when I received my call back. He was very short with me and I felt a belittled when explaining my situation. I understand not all situations can be helped, but I am not a legal expert and this is why I reached out for guidance.
