I work for Pafy I take care of two clients one has dementia. Sharon is an excellent boss very responsive and quick to help. I love working for Pafy. Also,Caroline who is my case manager is very helpful she calls and check up on me and the clients. I highly recommend Pafy.

I worked with PAFY for a while and I can say it is the best place to work when it comes to patient advocacy and caregiving. They provide the best training to their aides who also extend it to the clients. Sharon is also a great boss who is willing to provide the needed support when called upon. PAFY offers important life saving resources as patient advocates to ensure people who are hospitalized receive the proper services. They provide invaluable help in assisting people understand and navigate the labyrinthine healthcare system. They accompany patients to post hospital followup visits with the individuals various physicians and help to coordinate care between those physicians and therapists such as physical and occupational therapists. Sharon Gauthier the owner and founder of the company has vast experience as a nurse has been the head nurse in the ER at a major metropolitan hospital, has a master’s in nursing and has taught nursing she and her company provide impassioned individualized care to their patients. She has provided invaluable assistance to my 90 year old father who has been hospitalized twice in the last six months. I don’t know what we would do without her as we have negotiated and continue to negotiate difficult life decisions and complicated medical issues. She and her company get 10 stars. She takes no prisoners and goes to bat for my father in dealing with the medical establishment. Her expertise, passion for what she is doing and demeanor are impeccable- she truly cares!

I have worked with Sharon and the PAFY family for 11 years, she is the ONLY referral I give to families in times of trouble and crisis. She is dedicated to serve her families and navigate them through the very murky world of healthcare. She is an ADVOCATE for families and seniors alike. She is not a "small puppy" she is more like a "Lion" but when your loved one is in crisis, which would you rather have fighting for you? I have worked with very complex cases and called her in for families and they have always ended in SUCCESS. PAFY is someone you want in your corner. She also is my 1st Emergency contact personally. Highly recommend. Will she ruffle some feathers (of healthcare)....sometimes!!......will she ask the hard questions of the families.....Yes!!......BUT this is what Seniors, People and Families in crisis need when swimming thru the complex medical/health care arena.

I know she is my mother but I have been through breast cancer and a double mastectomy and 4 years of reconstruction surgery and she was by my side and took care of the people at the hospital that were not nice or would not listen and the doctors she is great at what she does and has always wanted to be a nurse.
