On October 31, 2020 I was involved in an at fault car accident with another motorist causing damage to their vehicle, however I had full coverage insurance on the vehicle I was driving and expected nothing more than for my rates to increase!

However, approximately 3 weeks ago I received a summons to appear in court
and a notice that my insurance company had denied the claim to pay for the damages to the other vehicle in the accident even though I had full coverage insurance! Then my heart stopped, I was being sued for $17,985 by Progressive Insurance Company!

As a 34 year old recently diagnosed with cancer with my only source of income being SSI Disability benefitsI was overwhelmed! That's when I reached out to HELPS for guidance and legal representation!

HELPS and all of the great people that work there including Attorney Eric Olsen agreed to represent me for only $10 and I am incredibly grateful because do to their hard work and dedication the lawsuit against me has been dropped and dismissed!

As a Disabled Veteran HELPS has given me my life back from harassing Creditors. I am on a fixed income and have medical expenses due to my COPD . Helps does just that! It helps a person when they need it most! I was being harrased by my creditors for not being able to pay some of my debts. Helps stepped in and took care of the problem for me. They represented me and took care of it including a problem l had with the IRS. Helps does not pay your bills! They help you with the legal help you need when you need it! They are AWESOME!!! I higly recommend this group of wonderful people!!!
