We are an overseas active duty military family currently stationed in Germany. Over the past three years we have been trying to adopt, but everyone said it was not possible overseas. When we finally received an emergency call for the placement of 3 precious siblings (and now members of our forever family!) - everyone said it would not be possible to get them all passports in time for us to all return home together - but Bryan found a way! And then, when the time came for us to have our court hearing to finalize the adoption - he found a way for us to meet with a judge over a virtual conference call much sooner than we had ever hoped - and in the most gentle way we could have asked. Our children have all been blessed by Bryan - and we have all been blessed by Bryan as a family.

Bryan was fantastic! Even the judge, at the zoom hearing, went out of her way to compliment Bryan. The judge noted that all the documents required for adoption were in order, which she said is not always the case. Our adoption was an adult adoption, a young mom over 18. We needed additional documents that took months to get, Bryan suck with us and guided us throughout the entire process. We cannot thank Bryan enough. He must love what he is doing, it's the only way that he can be so good at it. Thanks again.... forever grateful.

I would use Bryan for any of my legal issues. He has helped me out for so many things, from a simple quit claim deed, to the handling of my father's estate. He was compassionate, caring and fully knowledgeable, to the point where the outcome was far more favorable than I ever expected. His fees were reasonable, much less than other attorneys in this area that I had contacted. He is so caring, that he actually came to my home after hours, and he actually answered his phone at 11:00 p. m. when I called him one night in a panic. I believe that he truly cares for the "little guy".

First of all, I don't even want to give him a 1-star rating, I'd rather give him a zero, although this review has nothing to do with him as a lawyer, but rather him as a landlord and human being.

Early this year, my husband and I moved to Florida from out state. It was a difficult move, so we were glad to find a decent looking place so quickly -- or at least it looked decent in the photos. The state of the property wasn't entirely the problem. We were disappointed with it, but we figured we'd tough it out for a year. That is until Bryan kept saying, "I know it isn't the best", and "if you want to move, I understand". As soon as we signed a year lease with him, it was like he was passive-aggressively trying to talk us out of staying. Honest to God! I don't even know why! So we got to thinking maybe we should find another place.

We looked around, but it was a slow process because property seems to go very quickly there. The minute my husband told Bryan (because he was hassling us A LOT) that we were considering taking him up on his offer, he told us to get out! He gave us only a couple of days to pack up our full sized uhaul and hit the road. Our applications hadn't even had time to process elsewhere!! On the Friday before the Sunday we "had to be out because another family is moving in and will be there at 10 AM", he was texting and saying "Get out or I'm coming over there!" My husband asked him "And do what?" He threatened us repeatedly!!!

Guess what? We had to move all the back home, over 18 hours away! Over $4000 wasted on a move, not to mention how much (rent and deposit) he screwed us out of!!! Thanks a lot Bryan! You are a terrible person! I wouldn't trust this man to mow my lawn, much less represent me in a court of law, and definitely not as a landlord!
