I started working with Attorney, Neil Fulsang in April 2024 regarding my apartment complex not docking my account for my monthly rental payments for the year 2023. The complex said I owed an extremely large amount, but I had all receipts for each month. Mr. Fulsang immediately got to working on my case after gathering all my information. I still continued to pay rent, but they filed an unlawful detainer/eviction in September 16. Mr. Fulsang worked my case to the end and the case was DISMISSED on October 4. Niel worked hard for nearly a year to make my crooked landlord comply with the law, and he knew all the tricks to make her comply when she tried to fight us, lie to the court, or ignore us. Niel used to be a landlord himself, so he knew exactly what to do to apply maximum pressure when it was needed. To top it all off, he got me my money, and barely took any for himself.
