I had a good experience going through the bankruptcy process with BLC law center. When I first called to explain my situation, Leopoldo took the time to listen. Though I was concerned if I would qualify for Bankruptcy #7, he quickly gave me an answer and made me feel relieved. Throughout the process he was professional and timely with all my inquiries. He didn’t mind speaking to me in Spanish either; which made me feel more comfortable since it’s my native language.

I recently had an unfortunate interaction with Polo, who identifies as the "Senior Paralegal" at [BLC]. My experience was deeply disappointing and concerning.

Upon calling to follow up on my case, Polo's demeanor was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. He displayed a lack of willingness to assist, even going as far as threatening to hang up on me. Polo stated I don’t even have to help you right now. This occurred while I was seeking clarification and asking questions pertinent to my case, which is an essential part of the client-paralegal relationship.

Furthermore, when I requested to speak with a manager regarding his behavior, Polo's response was dismissive and insensitive—he laughed and claimed no one was available. Such behavior not only undermined my confidence in the firm's professionalism but also left me feeling disrespected and unheard as a client.

In conclusion, Polo's conduct fell far below the expected standards of customer service and professionalism. It is crucial for organizations to uphold respectful and supportive interactions with clients, particularly in legal services where trust and clarity are paramount. I urge Bankruptcy law center to address this matter promptly and implement measures to ensure that all clients are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.
