I started with this office a year ago and
drove over 3 hours for a consultation. I submitted my payment in May and my results came back around late July. The paralegal to whom I was assigned, kept telling me that nothing came in after doing my weekly/ bi weekly calls. I felt like I was working there for no one ever reached out to me about my case details so I made it my duty for no one was keeping me informed. I took a break from calling for a few weeks and when I decided to call again, no answer. I called the direct office line and was advised that the assigned paralegal was no longer with the company and no one called to inform me nor reassigned my case. I was told that the office has many dormant cases. When I finally requested another paralegal, they could only provide me with receipts and no insight and said that the attorney had to let me know. I received an email from a paralegal who then mentioned that cases take 2 months to review, this was now October which had me baffled. I requested my login for USCIS if they created any so I could pull my own information to see what was submitted. There was none on my USCIS profile that I created and was told that the request was done mail. I told them to send me my information since everything was too much for the office and attorney that I entrusted and signed my information over to. When the paralegal sent me my information and I called back, they asked me what did I think of it, I said "I do not know how to read it that's why I hired "professionals".I later heard details of my case from someone who does not work at the office. My privacy was extremely violated and my case has been neglected. I selected this company because I needed the HELP that I paid for I did not ask for any discounts and a referral. No results and no refund. The contract signed stated no refunds and quite frankly no confidentiality. I'll bless this company and move forward.

I spoke with one of the attorneys a few months before my spouse was sent back to Mexico to finalize his citizenship and told her that he left me and our children didn't want anything to do with us was not helping me financially any more with them when he was our Sole Provider left me needing to file for food stamps go to churches or food pantries just to feed my children while he had a business that I helped him start multiple brand new vehicles a brand new home that he took from me and wouldn't let me and my children move into while we are stuck living in a ran down home and he has two nice homes I was with this man for 20 years and he just decided he wanted to party and be with different girls all the time and this Law Office continue to send him to Mexico and finalize his citizenship with my name and lies that we were still together as a family so they continued to get him legal hair knowing the situation and how he did me and our children in our own country and they brought him right back here to live his best life while we struggle

If these people are the best your town has you really have to move out of the town. My fiance and I have been supposedly working with them since the beginning of the summer, we have done all the things on our part but not only do they not inform us (which is actually one of their core responsibilities!!!) about our process, oh no, but they don't even bother to respond to our emails or calls. We handed our documents to them more than a month ago but barely got any feedback and every time when we manage to reach them after desperate tries we learn that there was something missing or that needs fixing with our documents and the process takes even longer. If you're someone who wants to migrate to the USA, using a ship illegally would benefit you more, in both financial and mental means because this law center is nothing but mentally draining.

Just left this office and was amazed that I couldn't get one simple questioned answered about this firms experience prior to paying the consultation fee. What really made question everything was that after asking the assistant kindly for the 3rd time about their experience in working with Asia (most everyone in there spoke Spanish) anothet woman says "I'm going to ask you to leave"
I've been waiting weeks for this apointment. There entire experience was hard to believe...
