HORRIBLE workmanship, after only 7 months this new job looks to be 10 years old! There are voids within the asphalt holding water due to lack of base and thin layer of blacktop, areas that the owner calls joints that are literally 10 inches wide in many areas, loose gravel that deteriorates when in rains and breaks loose when you turn on it, weeds growing through the thin asphalt, some areas have tight aggregate while others are loose and breaking down, and the aesthetics throughout the entire job are horrible. I am glad to tell my friends and family that VINCE from ASPHALT PAVER & MAINTENANCE did this job when they are trashing the looks of it. His word means nothing as he makes excuses for why the job looks as it does all of which has been proven wrong by two other reputable companies.

I am moving forward with litigating this issue in small claims but wanted other perspective clients to beware. Look at the workmanship in the pics and know that the owner sees nothing wrong, and if this is acceptable to you then by all means hire this company. The pictures speak for themselves. I will put up more on Yelp and the BBB as permitted along with his licensing agencies because this company and their practices should be reviewed and they should be held accountable as I am preparing to do. I will be happy to show anyone first hand what his workmanship is like if it saves them from this night mare.

If a person spends thousands of dollars for a product and a service he/she should be able to expect more than this. I asked him if he would seal it for me once he came out to look at the issues and he offered to do it for 800.00. Anyone else who was fair would have sealed it for free once they saw the finished product. But the reality is that sealing it would just be putting lipstick on a pig, and would only serve to cover up the infrastructure flaws allowing them to prematurely break down and fail under the mask.

These reviews and soon to be litigation will stand unless repairs are made at no cost.

Monthly follow up reviews will be forthcoming if additional failures are noticed.

I hired this company for my business. They started the work but never came back after I gave him his second check. I have emailed , texted, and called with several messages left and no one has bothered to return any messages or finish the job. Now I have to hire someone else to finish the job.

Family owned business. .They did a great job..we have a long driveway that winds through the trees .. They also helped with some water issues we were having by routing it to the right areas.
Any concerns we had were addressed to our satisfaction.

Used poor quality asphalt, very thin with grass coming thru, owner was told to slope driveway away from the residence and he sloped it towards the residence and the water washes under the residence.. Owner showed up twice promising to fix the problem but never came back. He has stopped returning phone calls. Both owners stated that the repairs would be done and never did a thing now forcing us to take legal action. Buyer beware of this company promises not kept.

As stated in previous review grass is growing through asphalt after only a month, some spots have peeled up due to how thin it was set. Parking lot was sloped incorrectly and now floods shops and storage areas. Owner hit the building with one of the machines all so striking brand new ac unit causing it to need to be replaced. My self and the building owner have tried multiple times to get in contact with owner, left voicemails and they do not return phone calls unless you call from a different number over all bad business and i'm now out the cost of the AC.
