Just got off the phone with Republic to inform them that my garbage lid was broken during this morning pickup, which by the way, is a holiday.They're replacing the garbage can during the next pickup, which I consider perfectly reasonable.Really don't understand all these negative reviews and trying to fathom what most of these people expect. Lived here 5 years personally and manage 3 other residential houses. 2 of them for over 20 years. Except for an occasional missed pick, they're one of the most reliable companies I have ever dealt with. I wonder about all these people complaining if they have ever dealt with what these people have to deal with day to day. May I also remind you that this company works 360 days a year.

This is like FLORIDA INSURANCE companies.
They have a monopoly on the service, so they provide ROTTEN service.
I bundle any boxes, extra bags,... anything in perfect easy to grab bundles. They still will NOT PICK THEM UP.
These people who work for this company are LAZY LAZY LAZY.
And they have the nerve to ask for a tip every year.
That's never happening again.
And when you call for bulk pick up. Nobody ever picks it up. You look like fools having large items sitting in your front yard waiting for a scheduled pick up which never comes.
No wonder I see so many folks taking their bagged trash to the dump in pickup trucks all the time..
If the office wasn't so far away from my house, I would be dumping everything they don't pick up on their door.

Terrible service!!! It's really unbelievable that a company could be this bad. I've called them so many times, my phone automatically moved them to my favorites list. I really am in a bind and have no choice or I would have canceled their crappy service years ago. We have no transportation and are on fixed incomes, my mother is terminally ill and I do my best to take care of her. She has to use diapers so reliable trash pick up is crucial. I have called and called and still nothing has changed. Excuses and more Excuses. I can see their trucks pick up trash from the businesses I live behind everyday.. Maybe one day they will get good management and they will pick up trash here on Tuesday and Friday every week.

This is ridiculous. My trash hasn't been picked up in a week. I call at 430 and I'm told it will get picked up tonight.
Lies lies lies. I pay my bill on time every 3 months. I expect my trash to get picked up. I know you won't credit me for 2 days missed. Why do your customer service people lie?

Resigned with them on a Friday was told the next week services would start for m,t trash w recycyle. We were picked up one time since sign up on a Thursday . Have called daily about services. Garbage has been at the curb since Sunday last weekend. My cameras show it was there. Not picked up the next day called. They said will do missed pick up, was canceled as driver said it wasn't put out. Yet cameras show them there. No pick up on Thursday either its still there. It's Saturday now still there. So now we have to take it to the dump. Do I get an employee services discount?

Thinking about escalating the matter to legal stand point but I paid to reinstate even though I had service, because apparently they had the wrong address, and they still won't come to take my cans, they literally took my cans from me.
This company literally seems like criminals with nothing better to do than take advantage of people because there's no other competition. If you all had competition, you'd have no business because you don't know how to help people I pay you guys and you don't render service. You have no idea. Even what service is. the absolute worst company I've ever heard of. You guys are in business with the devil. my five year old has better organizational skills than you guys

My account was closed despite having it always on auto pay. I checked my card to make sure it didn't expire, and it didn't. I've NEVER overdrafted so there no reason for it. I tried calling them (during business hours) and was placed on hold for 1hr 15 minutes and no one ever picked up. And Rep. Ser. Don't bother to answer to this review. Your generic uncaring copy and paste disengenuous response shows just how much you lack interest in having a good relationship with your customers.

How can a trash pick up have such a low rating? All they have to do is pick up trash They damaged my trash can so I called for a replacement. It took 5 days and they never showed up. So I called them and they said they replaced it. They didn't so I have to wait 6 days to see if they show up
