This is the worse title company & the worse lawyers for real estate ever. The people that work there are unreliable & unprofessional. They Don’t know squad of what they doing. If you a buyer be aware because they’ll screw you & short you hundreds at closing, then ignore you after. Then getting your deed after closing will take a magic trick because there’s no time frame for them to mail it to you, takes forever. These people are so behind in the way things are done nowadays that they want you to print documents & use the unreliable by mail for everything. They living in the 1900 when we are well into the 2000’s. Do not use this company for anything if you want your real estate transaction to go smoothly.
