Not a very good experience with this attorney. I hired him years ago to represent my business after several pushy sales strategies to get me to sign with him then had trouble getting any information on the case status. finally years into this suit I finally got a response. He told me at that time there was not a very substantial case for my business and the property owner was getting only a small payment and that my business didn't qualify for any settlement and was dropped as a party to the case. I was disappointed that no one from his office kept me informed of anything much less ever return any calls. Few years latter I'm at the county records department searching something totally different and I came across a court paper of a settlement on the case he said my business was not a party of and naming my business as awarded several thousand dollars plus attorney fees that was never received by my business. at that time i contacted Brent Simon without much luck and I contacted several attorneys and what i found is it wound cost me as much if not more to try to get the money owed to my business. good luck with this guy..
