My name is Carl and I live in Daytona Beach. I had a dispute with my neighbor. Both our houses are over 100 years old. It recently sold and the neighbor wanted me to move a wall that encroached on his property about 6 inches. This was done 100 years ago. When I talk to Mr. Waller, he instructed me what to do how to do it. And after speaking to him, I felt totally relieved. Any other lawyer would’ve charged me at least $100 for the advice Mr. Waller gave me. I want you to know this is a good man and he looks after his clients whether he knows them or not. He is so truthful that in any situation he will always give you the right thing to do. I am so glad I found him on YouTube and I cannot praise him enough.
God bless all of us but mainly God bless America.

Very dissatisfied with Mr. Waller. Charged at least 3 times the going rate of today's firms
in addition his unprofessional services, sending certified documents unsigned, referred realtor that charged higher than average fees. More importantly allowed the personal representatives angry husband to take control of the estate and his staff, with no communication from my sister the personal representative. I highly recommend shopping today's generation of Probate Attorneys.

My name is Ashley and I have been having problems with my landlord and needed to ask some questions on my rights and what actions I can legally take. The attorney I spoke with was so extremely nice and very helpful on answering what questions I had and I feel comfortable if I had any further questions I could reach out and ask him. I am very thankful he was willing to help me out and be nice about my situation.

Mr. Wallers office handled the title work for the sale of my home . It was through a partition court ordered sale. He assisted in holding some funds that were in question. But my only complaint is how every attorney says, "You're not an attorney so there is nothing do discuss." to me? As a pro se litigant . I represent myself so I'm entitled to any information about the case .I Didn't ask for any legal advice just documents . Mr Waller did comply with my requests . Funny thing is I was going to hire him to defend me in this partition case. But the majestrate hired him to do the title work prior for asking for representation.. I decided to defend this case myself. I appreciate Mr Waller's ethics . He has been the only attorney to aid in getting this case to come to an end !

I hired Mr. Waller to handle the estate of my aunt, who passed away with no partner or children and left me as the executor.

He requested a deposit up front and a contract for a fixed fee to handle the estate. Once Mr. Waller had my deposit and signed contract in hand, he was nonresponsive, did not actually move toward the closure of the estate unless constantly reminded, and was generally incompetent even then. Generally all interaction was through a paralegal. I'm not sure Mr. Waller does any real work himself.

It literally took 3.5 years to process the estate, which did not involve a lot of assets and was not terribly complicated. When I sold my aunt's house to a friend of the family, he specified in the contract that his own title company would be brokering the transaction, and the friend related to me that she thought that was scammy - though I can't fully vouch for that.

However, he did fail to notify and close out accounts at banks that I provided him statements to in my first visit. When he said he could close the estate with the courts and I realized these accounts weren't in the draft documents, I happened to stop by a bank branch near me with a statement and my authorization as my aunt's executor, and my (out of state) branch associate confirmed the account was still open and idle and told me what needed to be done to have it transferred to the probate account. When I passed these details on to Mr. Waller, he couldn't seem to follow the instructions. After an additional year - literally 12 months - I had him send me the necessary court documents and then went back to my branch and closed the account out remotely in a single visit.

If you want to call Roland Waller up to ask questions, fine. But I seriously recommend you don't pay them for any services before they are rendered.

To begin, at the time of writing, I am not a client of Mr. Waller nor his associates.

This review is about an initial contact and the seeking of information on a very simple matter regarding leases.

Being an initial contact, it follows that our interaction was short and to the point, but he was kind enough to provide the answer I needed to proceed with a little more certainty; despite the fact his answer simply just confirmed what a quick Google search initially revealed. His answer also reinforced one of the FAQs on his website. Still, the opinion of an experienced professional is worth far more than a mere Google search or website blurb.

Over all, Roland took less than 2 minutes with me. He answered a single question clearly and concisely, but he did not permit it to proceed beyond just the initial question.

Based on other glowing reviews about his empathy and time taken with prospective clients over their phone calls for consulting, this was mildly disheartening to discover. However, I have to presume he's simply a busy gentleman, given his field.

Of course, Roland didn't need to offer an answer at all, nor was he obligated to take my call, especially as one should never work for free if you're good at what you do; but I do wish he'd have afforded a bit more time for elaboration and/or that he would have provided guidance on how best to file a response regarding my concern on my own if he was not interested in further discourse.

Additionally, if for any reason he felt my query could be better handled by another firm or resource, a referral or suggestion to which would have been greatly appreciated upon prior to ending the call.

As a result of the brief duration, my closing review will be based on our initial interaction alone.

My opinion is that I am unfortunately not able to offer a full or informed review on the scopes of services this firm provides, as he did not proffer an offer for additional consulting should it ever be needed, nor did he or his staff offer any steps to take should services be needed in the future.

Summary:

Based on my interaction, I can say Roland will return your call promptly and will provide answers if you have an exact question. My over all opinion on this firm remains neutral, as there is insufficient information and experience with them to formulate a proper view or critique. I will say though, Roland's tone of voice is professional and commands respect. His knowledge aligns with commonly known Florida law.

This review is provided as a courtesy, at his request. I offer it along with my gratitude as my thanks for his time.

I just call to ask more information, The receptionists was very rude, making comments to other people in her office that i was taking to long. I ask her one question and her response was that if I'm going to pay the fee, I try to ask her another question and she told me that she going to hang up. Is good that they let you know what kind of service they are going to give you, where they don't have time for you and the only concern is that you paid them before any question is answer.
