I found Attorney Chakhtoura thru my MetLaw legal plan. I was so impressed with the divorce information that she provided during a free consultation, that I retained her services. She tells you straight up how your situation applies to current laws and provides advice on how to make it less painful overall, just in that free consult! Even though I was able to get agreement from my former spouse so that we were able to file an uncontested divorce, I had expected the whole process to draw out over multiple months. Instead, the entire process from the free consult to the final decree signing took about 1-1/2 months total (including hashing out the details with my former spouse)! I highly recommend this attorney and am now retaining her services for a separate family law item.
