They are out of control with taking pictures and forcing people to git rid of everything outside.and threatened to take our property if we don't do what they say immediately..no warning issued
They threatened 250 per violation per day and lean on property so they can seize it
.They need to be stopped.lost thousands in days over these people over reach .and abuse of power..we need to sue the city to remind them they work for us...and city officials are to blame they won't tell you what is allowed and what not is allowed

They don't treat all the neighbors the same. They keep wrighting us up because our "trash cans can't be visible" but its next to our garage against the wall , far away from the street. They complain that the reason they do this is because they don't want trash cans out in the street and causing a hazard which is understandable, but it's not in the way, it's not causing Hazard for anyone. Yet our front neighbor keeps hers in front of her wire gate which is very visible and next to her car but nothing is done about it. And its it's not just the trash can they've done it with other so-called code violations but this is the one that seems to the main issue. Their Code Compliance says no overflowed trash cans but it's not overflowed it's out of the way and it's bothering no one except for the City of Lake Worth. Our wooden fence is heavy to lift every time to just to get the trash can in and out it's too much work and it's a hassle every time. Truthfully I believe I would feel different if it applied to everyone and not just select costumers. And what's with the picture taking of our backyards? Also I'm pretty sure they're just adding the fines under miscellaneous because our bill just keep getting higher and higher. $562 for a light bill?

Lake worth code compliance towed my vehicle out of my driveway(didn't even do that properly as the vehicle was dragged which caused damage to the driveway) without notice. I contact them today to have this sorted out but appereantly they have pictures of my vehicle with a tag (which the vehicle did not have) and according to compliance they can come into my property and take what they want.
