I wouldn't go with anyone else.
They are everything you'd want and expect from professionals. I've been incredibly pleased with their patience and help in explaining anything I'd ask. My mom always told me to do your own research for attorneys and I'm glad I didn't go with the first firm that advertised to me.
After my incident, I went looking for local attorneys. I called probably 4 or 5. Eric was the most honest, most real attorney I had spoken to. He wanted me to make an educated decision, while the other law firms rushed me to sign as quickly as possible with them.
Even though it may have been easier for them to push an easier deal, Gillin Gillin and Lindbaek has pushed for what works best for me. It's very personal. I always know they're handling my case and making my life easier.

Eric Gillin is absolutely ‘over the top’! I was being harassed by the at-fault driver’s insurance person. Almost daily I was receiving calls and mail demanding that ‘official government’ forms requiring invasively personal information be completed and returned. Mountains of papers were piling up… Add to that the constant horrible headaches as a result of the crash, and I was at wit’s end when I discovered Eric. He and Mary, his assistant, made all that paperwork go away; and Eric arranged for much needed treatment for the head injury. No question, Eric Gillin is the best!
