My sister and I enjoyed the recent sale in Canaveral Groves. Both of us purchased quite a few items that we didn't know we needed! The owner, Joel Ruth, was very receptive to offers and his staff were all friendly and patient with a bunch of shoppers in a house under difficult situations. We went back three days and prices became better but if you really wanted something, you needed to get it the first time you saw it or it would be gone. I would recommend going to Joel's sales in the future. A fair and knowledgeable man. But, I warn you, listen up, Joel speaks very softly.

I had a great experience using Treasure Coast Estate Sales. Joel, the owner, returned my phone call very promptly, explained the process and within a few weeks the sale was held. He is a very hard worker and set up the sale by himself although he did have a couple of workers with him on the sale days. Joel has extensive knowledge of antiques, vintage, coins and silver flatware.
I would not hesitate to recommend him for your estate sale and liquidation.

Waited on a line of 17 people just to find out that some of the items that are advertised were knowingly removed by the owner but never taken off the listing of photos. Prices were found on small items only. When asking for the price of a stereo receiver, it was googled right in front of me, I then googled it myself to find I was given max price.

Please don't bring people out on false hopes and maybe Google for the pricing when taking pictures of items that will actually be on site. Preparedness is important. Friendly folks though.

I said I wouldn't post, but all the reviews are positive so I have to speak up. Worst experience ever. Ill prepared, no staff, no communication prior, not familiar with value of some stuff nor brand recognition; everything under Mission on their website was untrue. I am surprised at how much was stolen but know he did not have enough help. That only exposed me, not him. Look elsewhere.
