*Post EDIT—after lawyer threatened to sue me after posting this review!! See photo screenshots of the email I got 12 hours after I posted this review.

This attorney is Extremely rude and disrespectful. I spoke to Armin he said no issues with phone zoom calls. After calling 4 times to reschedule my zoom appointment today then Mr. Sharmin couldn’t even meet with me. Then he said good luck finding an identify theft lawyer. There’s not that many of them. Sorry that’s not how things work Mr. Sharmin. You don’t and can’t treat people whichever way you want. I guess since you work on contingency you think you can treat others whichever way. NOPE. I don’t hire people like this and do NOT recommend him to anyone. I’ll let everyone at our firm know too about this situation as I was a referral from another attorney office!

Listen hands down some of the hardest working attorneys I’ve ever had the privilege to work with. They have busted their buts with no guarantee in site and have gotten great results. They have helped me and even thanked me for my military service many times and I have a lot of respect for this firm. If you guys need any help in their scope of litigation I highly recommend you got with these guys. They have a 4.8 star average and I can attest it’s for a great reason. If you need their help call them immediately and don’t waste time like I did. Even though I made it hard on them they gracefully put extra effort into my case. I’ve dealt with attorney like M&M and Dan Newlin and although I appreciate what they have done for me in the past I can’t stress enough how thankful I am

It's not always about the law firm that says "they are for their people" or "who has more advertising" because who you may think of to call first is not always who TRULY GIVES YOU THAT QUALITY SUPPORT and GENUINE CARE.
