I was charged $24,000 Flat Fee for 2 Day Dissolution of Marriage Trial that never occurred, Misrepresentation, Failed to obtain crucial evidence, Failed to assert correct legal arguments, Breach of duty causing severe injury of losses and damages, Neglect, Failed to sufficiently prepare before trial, Abandonment; Mr. Hughes left out of country right after non occurred "trial", Refrained from taking into consideration best interest of client, Declined and ignored my wishes, Settlement made with opposing counsel without my involvement and agreement; then submitted to Courts without my approval or consent, Settlement forced at trial under duress with convincing and coercion; Final Judgment is unfavorable and outrageously slanted.

Mr Hughes has been extremely responsive during one of the hardest times in my life. I was assured I had an excellent case. I agree with the other reviewers that this lawyer will tell you one thing and then let you down because he is not a man of his word. I should have done more checking before I paid a ridiculous fee only to be ripped off by someone who doesn't care about anyone but himself. It is very sad and he didn't care to defend me. He is a shining example of the worse lawyer you could have represent you. Take this as a warning because I LOST EVERYTHING even tho he assured me I would get at least something. You will feel ripped off by the lack of professionalism and lack of effort in representing you. RUN don't walk to any other lawyer and you will be doing yourself a huge favor. I have no money left because he just kissed off my life's savings.
