Unfortunately we had damage to our roof from the hurricane back in October. We had already heard all the horror stories about how Insurance companies don’t work with you to pay claims from hurricane damages.
After speaking to some family & friends on how to go about getting our insurance to pay the claim for our roof, we contacted Ask An Adjuster. Tom Trotter came out to see the damage, sat down with us and went over all the details with us, answering all the questions & concerns with had. Tom helped us to put in our claim and Tom handled all contacts with our insurance company. Tom Trotter and the ladies in the office, always answered our calls, texts and emails promptly. Which is something I feel is very important when you have concerns and want to ask questions and need answers right away. Together as a team, they helped and fought for the claims to be paid. At first our insurance company was only going to give us a few thousand for repairs. We needed a whole new roof! But Tom didn’t give up on us. He kept on fighting for us till we received a very fair amount of monies to replace our roof. Which we were very grateful for.
Ask An Adjuster is the best option to use when you need a person in your corner to have your insurance company pay your claims. We will definitely use Tom Trotter from Ask An Adjuster if we ever need to put in a claim in the future for our home.
