Out of professional courtesy, I was initially advised not to post a review and to wait. However, as this attorney, Jennifer, continues to demonstrate, in my opinion, incompetence, I feel compelled to share my experience so that other potential clients do not waste thousands of dollars. With many years of experience in law enforcement and the military, I have worked with numerous attorneys, and Jennifer is by far the worst I have encountered.

We hired her to represent our HOA association, and while I understand there are contractual and ethical obligations involved, every opportunity where we require clear guidance has been met with vague, ambiguous responses from Jennifer, which can easily be misrepresented. I have found better answers through simple online Google searches than those provided by Jennifer.

I have personally reached out to her on several occasions, giving her the benefit of the doubt, especially when disclosing illegal concerns that could expose our association to liability. However, she has ignored these concerns, and at one point, reprimanded me for submitting emails regarding board members violating our governing documents. There is no valid excuse for Jennifer’s conduct, as these issues have been persistent and ongoing.

If you are seeking an attorney who not only understands their contractual obligations but also demonstrates competence and ethical responsibility, I strongly advise you to avoid Jennifer. For example, I recently requested a phone conversation with her, which she claimed she could not attend due to a meeting. Yet, minutes later, I received a prompt email response. It is unacceptable that I cannot have a professional phone conversation, despite her alleged availability via email.

I have given her numerous chances to rectify these issues, and each time, she has failed, all while promptly billing us for her services. We have wasted nearly $25,000 in unnecessary legal fees that could have been avoided had Jennifer understood and adhered to her ethical responsibilities. I have many more examples. Please reach out to me so I can show you documents and discuss my concerns that were never addressed by Jennifer in more details. Ladies and gentlemen in my opinion please stay away from this attorney there are better attorneys out there that understand their fiduciary duties. When you have sent numerous emails disclosing illegal activities and your attorney does nothing and says nothing except for the amount of emails they're receiving that should be a red flag!

UPDATE: After posting my Google review, the attorney responded in a way that only confirmed her lack of ethics, professionalism, and understanding of her contractual obligations. She quickly bills clients but provides no real guidance or support. As a whistleblower, I informed her of the association president’s misconduct and illegal actions according to our governing documents—she neither took action nor provided any meaningful response. Avoid this attorney. Don’t waste your time or money.

My dear friend of 10 plus years was reaching her end of life and was not happy with her present attorney. She asked be to find another competent attorney to handle her estate. I contacted Jennifer D Peshke, P.A. in Vero Beach Florida for and asked for her help in this matter. I asked Ms. Penske if she could handle my friends estate after my friends attorney refused to come to the nursing home and refused to talk to her before her final demise. Saying it was not necessary to see her and he was busy. Ms. Peshke came to the rescue in a flash. She immediately with her excellent staff in tow spoke to my friend and discussed her last will wishes. On short notice her staff visited by dear friend and discussed her legal matters and immediately took action to see that my friends wishes where conveyed by Ms. Peshke. Ms. Peshke immediately jumped in action and arranged her plans as she was told to do. I can not say enough about Ms. Peshke on how professional, courteous and experienced she was in this probate matter. I sincerely will be using her for my final wishes too. Failed Trust!! Failed Trust!! Do you think an EXPENSIVE legal document drawn up that leaves your life- long assets to your family should work the day after its drawn up? Then DON'T come here! My father's could NOT work for 8 YEARS!! Do you want a Florida Lawyer to draw up a Trust that knows Florida Homestead Law? Then DON'T come here! This was the Worst experience of a lifetime lasting 15 mths!! To add salt to a wound 6 months in Jennifer gave herself a $100 per hour raise from $500 per to $600 per!! OUTRAGEOUS BILLING!!!! Absolutely No remorse for Completely SCREWING up my father's Trust,..... her and her Staff member Breanna just washed their hands of it saying if he had only lived 8 more years everything he wanted would have happened. He did not want to die young from lung Cancer!!! And don't let any rebuttal from this office fool you. There were plenty of ways to lawfully execute what my Father's wishes were but you would 1st have to know Florida Homestead Law. This office did NOT, then charged me to learn it. Also you don't charge a client for a Trust and let them walk out thinking they got what they paid for. But they thought he did....because they didn't kno the law🤷‍♂️. It cost me his House, Friction in my family and many lost nights of sleep. Run from this business!!!🏃‍♂️Also i can't help noticing alot of the 5 star ratings have no comment and are suspect..
