It required extensive work to obtain and organize an excessive amount of paperwork, records, accounts, notarizations etc. which we could not have managed without their expertise. They took the money and never got anything I paid for ..Maybe I waited too long to apply for Medicaid , but who knows when someone is going to die ..

I had this law firm draw up paperwork for medicaid and POA for both my mother and aunt. Within 3 weeks of paying for the services my aunt passes away before being able to get the paperwork signed. Fast forward 2 months , my mothers health declined and had many ER visits and finally ended in hospice care the last 4 days before passing.

I paid in total 18K for services not fulfilled. I guess there are no refunds in the law business , at least a partial refund out of sympathy for my loss would be better than the treatment towards myself and loved ones.
