Do not hire this practice. They barely called me or answered my emails..never
gave me the advice I needed in the matter at hand and at the end took an extra 5 % from me and this case should have been a flat fee. All they could say is moving forward they will try and correct the issues with the next client. I am out additional funds due to their incompetency.
As far as monies upfront, I paid them $500 and was told verbally I would only owe $3000 at the end of the transaction.

Absolutely 1st rate, an expert in real estate! Fearing a possible wiring scam with my life savings, I called less than 24 hrs before closing with concerns about the title company reliability on a house I was buying long distance. Only a few hours later, Stephen- not an intern- called with the exact detailed info and advice I needed to move forward with confidence, and also pointed out changes needed in the contract.
