Manny Penton is THE attorney to choose if youre in Tampa, Pasco, or Pinellas. He has a great professional relationship with everyone in the court room because he is very respected in the community and that makes a huge difference in a case. I was falsely accused of a few things that he was able to petition to get thrown out with proof before it even went to pretrial and I was able to get a deal in the end because he REALLY knows law and he genuinely cares about his clients future. I would trust the guy with my life, and I did, and he did not let me down. Best money I have ever spent 10/10 would recommend in every situation. Mr. Penton is an amazing lawyer, he has over 30 years of experience and knows the ins and outs of the Pinellas County Court system. We were in a bad place after a DUI and some other troubles and Mr. Penton took control of everything, told us exactly what to do and got us out of jail, and continues to help us to this day. He knew exactly how to handle everything and always communicated well with us and the court system. He even answered our calls late at night when we were worried. Manual Penton is a wonderful lawyer I met him in the hallway at the court house where we were waiting for court to start and he was there waiting as well. He asked what we were there for and freely gave us advice on our case. When leaving we stopped to thank him. There were about four other lawyers around him asking questions. We said our thanks and was told my the other lawyers that he was the lawyer of the lawyers. I have gone to him since and is easy to talk to. I highly recommend him, and give his name out often.

I highly recommend Manny Penton for any legal defense needed for anyone. His prices are very reasonable. I was charged with a DUI and felony possession. Mr. Penton fought my case long and hard, going from any angle he could to get me the best deal possible. He was able to get the drug charge dropped for me which was my main worry. He truly made sure I was taken care of every single step of the way and was informed every step of the way, even when I had to move back home from Fl for health reasons, 15 hours away. Mr. Penton made sure a court date was never missed and that we wouldn't settle until something could fairly be agreed upon on both sides.
