My mother submitted a request to have documents officially translated and apostilled back in November 2024, and sent her birth certificate and marriage license after communicating with a representative. Since then, the company has completely ghosted us despite multiple phone calls and emails. We even went to the location listed as the address on Google and no office exists. If they are now shut down, they could have at least given us a heads up before we emailed them our personal documents…super shady…
