John Waldrop performed our home inspection prior to us moving into our Inverness FL home. It “passed” inspection and we were given a lengthy print out of what he had performed, found, etc. with nothing noted as needing repairing except a door jam and some water damage near the back door. As we moved in and throughout the next weeks we were appalled to discover numerous things that we expected to have called to our attention, including a cabinet full of black mold above the microwave and a water softener and filter that had obviously been broken for some time. We were, and still are, extremely disappointed in the inspection John Waldrop gave our home and I would not suggest that any homeowner or lender use him.
