Today, February 20, 2025 completes my one year and one day journey since my MVA on February 1, 2024. I was the first and only car sitting at a red light on Lee Blvd. in Lehigh Acres, Florida, when a very large box truck from a local and very popular furniture company rear-ended me because the driver did not stop. My car was pushed forward almost 8 feet and thankfully the worst of the damage to me were some back and neck injuries and to the bumper of my vehicle. If you have found yourself in a recent MVA and have not yet called an attorney, (or sadly have recently had a slip and fall injury) please please please read my review because I am about to give you the very best advice of your life.

I originally did not reach out to an attorney, as all I wanted was my bumper fixed and it honestly didn’t occur to me that I needed one. I did not want to go through my insurance since I felt I hadn’t done anything wrong. I was afraid my rates would increase and also afraid that I would never recoup my large deductible. After waiting and waiting for the adjuster who never returned my phone calls, I finally did reach out to Farah and Farah. I had no idea that this was the going to be the best decision I could ever make. After being assigned to Lori Freed in the Fort Myers office, I couldn’t believe what a blessing I had received. From the very first moment that Lori connected with me, I felt safe, protected, and genuinely cared for. Lori did a truly wonderful job in keeping me updated every step of the way, answering questions about legal or medical things that I didn’t understand, and letting me know how she was fighting for me with whatever issue was next up. I cannot stress enough to anybody who needs an attorney how hard she fought for me every step of the way. My case was not so large, but she treated me as if I were a million dollar client. With every road block we hit, she responded with a stronger and firmer response and fought to get me whatever it was I needed, from getting my bumper fixed to seeing whatever doctor or whatever procedure I needed, etc. etc. She is a fierce bulldog in action and will fight as hard for you as she did for me because she has such a love and heart for people who are truly injured and/or have vehicle damage or however they’ve been affected. I was blown away every time she would call or text and say so and so has said no, but this is what I’ve gone back with. When I tell you she exhausts every option and then finds a Hail Mary to still throw and if that Hail Mary fails somewhere, somehow she finds another Hail Mary for you. LET 👏🏻ME 👏🏻SAY 👏🏻IT 👏🏻LOUDER 👏🏻FOR 👏🏻THE 👏🏻PEOPLE 👏🏻IN 👏🏻THE 👏🏻BACK👏🏻. She will fight for you as If she were fighting for a member of her family. She exhausts every option and spends countless hours behind the scenes, fighting to find the best avenue to get you the most money possible to help with whatever is needed after your accident or injuries. My case is closed as of today and the only part of it that makes me sad is that my time with her is finished. That’s the very best compliment I can give her.
