I had a very disappointing experience with Perez Mayoral. After providing all the necessary information for my case, I expected a level of communication and professionalism, but Audrey never followed up. Despite multiple attempts on my part—I called the office several times hoping to speak with her directly—she never returned my calls or reached out to me. If she wasn’t interested in taking my case, a simple “no” would have sufficed. Instead, I was left waiting with no guidance, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend their services based on my experience.
