I honestly do not understand the bad reviews Mr. Ian has. I spoke to several attorneys and their assistants in Fort Myers to find counsel for my father. Mr. Ian exceeded expectations and literally went the extra mile. He strategically planned how to deal with the State Attorneys office and the Judge. He didn’t make any promises and was truthful with me and my father. His assistant Terri was absolutely amazing and diligently walked me through the whole process. Honestly she was the one who hooked me at first! They have great communication in that office about their cases and I rate them A++++! On top of everything they have extremely reasonable pricing. advise not talk to any one and ask Mr Mann, talking even explaining that you didn't do something, can be the only wrong action that make you go to custody or to the gail.
