My dad and i had a consultation with them regarding my dads estate and was told to go through quick probate later would be the easiest. Now my dad has passed and i have a new attorney who gave me the right advice and this formal probate could have been avoided with one simple paper. I feel mr martin was trying to save me money and not charge me but there could have been better advice given to make this extremely hard and emotional process easier..I believe he wanted me to come back to him for probate and make more money off me that way.
