Do not recommend his service. He is arrogant and unprofessional. After getting paid in full, he put my case on the shelf, because he went on vacation with his wife, so in total he delayed submitting my case for 1 and half months. So don't pay him in full upfront for his services and he might treat you better and file your paperwork on time!
