I can’t say enough wonderful things about David and his office staff.

My husband and I reached out to attorney David Batchelder after several closed doors. Not everyone wants to take on Federal employee cases and my husband’s was complicated. After a phone screening by Mr. Batchelder’s legal assistant Olga, we got an appointment and went to see the attorney. We were greeted warmly, and without any judgement. Mr. Batchelder made us feel at home and he was so easy to talk to. He laid out everything we should expect and a realistic timeline. In the weeks and months to come we received regular communication from Olga (super warm and friendly). Whenever we had any questions, Olga or David himself were quick to respond. I was referred to Mr. Batchelder by a top attorney in Boca Raton that I know who told me that he is a superior SS disability attorney. Right from the start I was very confident to have Mr. Batchelder handle my case. He, and his assistant Olga, helped me at all stages; from initial application to progress updates. I just received a phone call from him to inform me that me case was approved. Not only am I thankful that it was approved, but that it was approved on the first submittal.
